This ensures the client is fully informed about the manufacturing process, materials used, and the order's status during execution.All manufacturing and delivery periods mentioned in this policy exclude official holidays, whether local holidays within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or international holidays.• The price of fabric does not exceed 170 riyals per meter.• The price of marble does not exceed 350 riyals per meter.• Orders are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-modified after order confirmation and payment.• Manufacturing and delivery times are subject to official holidays and approved operating schedules in the manufacturing country and destination. The company's production lines outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are subject to the operating and manufacturing systems approved in the manufacturing country. If manufacturing or shipping coincides with any official or seasonal holidays outside of approved holidays within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, or as a result of domestic shipping policies and procedures or international shipping and export arrangements, the delivery period will be automatically extended to correspond with the delay period, with the schedule updated and the customer notified accordingly. This is a procedure beyond the company's control, in accordance with the regulations and policies of the manufacturing and shipping entities, and the company bears no liability for it.
