To ensure product quality and a safe shopping experience, Vlaato has implemented a "Delivery Code" system to securely and reliably confirm order receipt.
The delivery code is automatically sent to the email address provided with the order when the delivery date is scheduled. Customers should check their email to receive the code.
Customers must carefully inspect the product before handing the delivery code to the delivery representative.
In case of any discrepancy or manufacturing defect, the customer has the right to refuse delivery of the non-conforming item and specify the defect.
After handing the code to the delivery representative, the product is considered final delivery, and no returns or exchanges will be accepted due to any apparent defect that was not reported before delivery.
Customers are not entitled to refuse the entire order if a non-conforming item is found.
If a manufacturing defect is discovered after delivery, the customer must contact customer service within 24 hours of delivery and provide photos illustrating the issue. The condition is assessed by the quality team. If a defect is confirmed, the product will be replaced or repaired depending on the nature of the problem.
If the customer provides the delivery code, this constitutes final confirmation that the product has been inspected and received in good condition, and no returns or objections are permitted thereafter.
When the order is received by a third party on behalf of the customer (such as a family member or a delivery person), the order is considered officially received.
The customer bears the risks associated with receiving the goods if they are collected directly from the showroom. The company is not responsible for subsequent transportation and installation, nor is it liable for any shortages or damage after the customer or their representative signs the delivery receipt. After-sales services will not be provided in such cases.
If the goods are delivered to the customer and they request to collect them without installation, the company is not responsible for the transportation service or any shortages or damage to the product after the customer or their representative signs the delivery receipt.
Providing the code to the delivery person signifies the official and final completion of the sale.
Pickup from the showroom or without installation:
• If the goods are picked up directly from the showroom, the customer assumes full responsibility. The company is not liable for transportation, installation, or any subsequent shortages or damage, and this does not include after-sales services.
• If the customer requests to pick up the goods without installation after delivery, the company is not liable for any shortages or damage after the receipt notice has been signed.
The store reserves the right to modify its pickup policy from time to time in accordance with market demands and the services offered.
