At Vlaato, we prioritize customer satisfaction and a superior shopping experience. Therefore, we have established a clear exchange and return policy that respects customer rights and guarantees service quality:
Orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable after confirmation and payment.
Customers are entitled to a full refund for any item that does not match the specifications (receiving a different product). Customers are entitled to a suitable discount on any non-conforming item upon acceptance.
If all items in the order are found to be non-compliant, the customer has the right to refuse delivery and receive a full refund.
If the customer refuses delivery without a valid reason, a shipping and storage fee of 100 SAR per day will be deducted.
Minor variations in size and accessories do not affect the product's quality (whether in sofas, accessories, tables, etc.).
Products with slight variations in color or texture due to differences in screen settings or the inherent properties of natural materials (such as natural veining and patterns in marble) are not considered manufacturing defects and are not eligible for exchange or return. All returned products must be in their original, unused condition and packaged.
Vlaato reserves the right to refuse returns due to misuse or improper storage.
If an exchange is approved, it will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
If a return is approved, a refund will be issued within 7 to 14 business days, minus shipping and handling fees (minimum SAR 100).
The store reserves the right to modify its exchange and return policy from time to time to meet market demands and service requirements.
