Delivery policy
At Vlaato, we strive to provide a convenient and seamless shopping experience, including safe and fast delivery services for all our customers inside and outside Riyadh. Please read the following delivery policy terms carefully:
Delivery within Riyadh is free of charge.
Delivery outside Riyadh (within the Kingdom) incurs a delivery fee.
Customers outside Riyadh may choose their own delivery provider and deal directly with them without any liability on the part of the company.
Delivery time within Riyadh: 5-15 business days from the day after the order is placed for ready-made items (this may be extended during peak seasons and sales).
Delivery time outside Riyadh: 10-20 business days from the day after the order is placed for ready-made items (this may be extended during peak seasons and sales).
Vlaato offers delivery and installation services up to the first and second floors only.
In the event of a delivery delay due to circumstances beyond the store's control, such as transportation or weather conditions, the customer will be contacted with a new delivery date.
Vlaato is not responsible for any delays resulting from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. If the customer wishes to change the delivery address after the order has been shipped, additional fees may apply.
Location and Installation Responsibilities:
The company is not responsible for goods left at the delivery location if the space is insufficient, the colors are unsuitable, or the goods cannot be entered through main or internal entrances, staircases, or if they are brought in using cranes or other means. This is at the customer's expense and responsibility.
If the customer fails to adhere to the pre-agreed delivery time and location after the delivery team has departed, the customer will be required to pay a delivery fee of (300) SAR for the second appointment.
The customer will be contacted regarding delivery. If no response is received, the appointment will be canceled, and the customer must contact us to reschedule, subject to availability. A rescheduling fee will be charged to the shipping company.
The customer is responsible for verifying that the product matches the invoice upon receipt and before the delivery team departs.
Vlaato management reserves the right to modify or update the delivery policy from time to time as required by operational and service needs.
