- Vlaato is committed to delivering custom orders (made-to-order) within 60 to 120 days, as stated in the price quotation and according to the project size.
- If the order is ready before the specified timeframe, the client will be notified.
- Delivery time is subject to increase due to international shipping factors, port conditions, and circumstances beyond the company's control.
- In the event of any emergency that causes a delivery delay, the client will be notified immediately.
- After the order is approved, the customer is notified of all stages of manufacturing step by step, starting from the structural and woodwork, through the selection and coordination of fabrics and materials, up to the final implementation stages, via WhatsApp or email, so that the customer is fully informed of the manufacturing method, the materials used, and the status of the order during implementation.
- All manufacturing and delivery periods mentioned in this policy exclude official holidays, whether local holidays within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or international holidays.
- The price per meter of fabric does not exceed SAR 170 per meter.
- The price per meter of marble does not exceed SAR 350 per meter.
- Orders are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-modified after order confirmation and payment.
- Manufacturing and delivery times are subject to official holidays and approved operating schedules in the manufacturing country and destination. The company's production lines outside Saudi Arabia are subject to the operating and manufacturing systems approved in the manufacturing country. If manufacturing or shipping coincides with any official or seasonal holidays outside of approved holidays within Saudi Arabia, or as a result of domestic shipping policies and procedures or international shipping and export arrangements, the delivery time will be automatically extended to correspond with the delay period, with the schedule updated and the customer notified accordingly. This is a procedure beyond the company's control, in accordance with the regulations and policies of the manufacturing and shipping entities, and the company bears no liability for it.
